Sometimes the text on a particular ID spans more than 1 page, so the ID isn't shown in the text of the page.<br />

One issue that I encountered - the ID's are not always at the beginning of a line or on it's own line and it doesn't seem to recognize them when they are in the middle of a line. &nbsp;Any idea?<br />

I would like to create a Word Document - where somewhere in the text of each page there's a single ID#, &nbsp;and this ID# is shown in the header. &nbsp;Each page has it's own ID# and they're not sequential - though I could create a standardized way of entering the ID on each page so that Word can identify it and know what to show in the header.<br />

MS Word - dynamic header

Microsoft Word is a commercial document editing program that is part of the Microsoft Office suite. It features numerous text-editing tools for creating richly formatted documents, along with tools for the use of macros in Word documents. Word's native file formats are denoted either by a .doc or .docx file extension. Plugins permitting the Windows versions of Word to read and write formats it does not natively support, such as the OpenDocument format (ODF) are available.
